Paula Muehlen , Listing Communications Manager, follows up will the Showing Agents, gives Sellers feedback and prepares the Monthly Marketing Status Reports which are sent to all of our property owners. She also works very closely with Rick in preparing CMA's and listing packets.

Originally from Massachusetts, Paula moved to Florida 35 years ago. Since earning her real estate license, she has moved steadily upward through several positions within the industry. She learned the ropes by starting out as a support staff member. As Assistant to Coldwell Banker’s Relocation Director and later as Supervisor of the GRES (Coldwell Banker’s Referral Network), Paula became intimately familiar with all aspects of the sale and forged critical relationships with agents and key contacts.
